Already in Paris, and I have spent an enormous amount of time shivering in phone booths, calling to complain, whine, beg, shout and fight for the right for internet access!
(I have not won the war. Yet.)
I have also spent an insane number of hours sitting in McDonalds La Defense, trying to access their Wifi connection, but my laptop just. won’t. COOPERATE!
If I see another McChicken I am going to collapse into a heap of ash.
(This is where I tear at my hair and stamp my feet and grind my teeth!)
Mahmud the Autistic Robot is fine, so is Bruno the Psychotic Plant. We are happy and there is a Chinese restaurant next door at and we love, love, Chinese food. Me, my husband, my robot and my plant.

hahaha! i do remember the high number of chinese restaurants in paris. when i first went there back in 1996, it was at a chinese restaurant that i had my first meal in paris. anyways, glad you’re all fine.

i think i ate in that McDo La Defense branch….of course not with you, because you never bothered to call me when you were in France, when we were in Switzerland. is that near the only Citibank in the whole of Paris or the one near Air France, either of the 2, those were the reasons why I went to that end of the railstation known for their big square framed bldg

Good luck with the internet connection, those ISPs are incapable of doing their job. I’d refrain to pay any bill for the time being.
And ah yes, that McDo. I still eat there once in a while when i’m up north.
