Uh… my passport’s up for renewal in around 3 months, and I was wondering if any Filipino based in France who has had his/her passport renewed via our beloved Philippine… Embassy? Consulate?) in Paris (which, may I add, is unbelievably difficult to reach as they don’t even have a website) would care to share their horror passport renewal stories. I love a good horror story. I see dead people.
What I’d like to know is :
1/ How long it takes to renew your passport
2/ What documents do I need to send
3/ How much does it cost
4/ Whether the people are friendly or not
5/ Whether I need to take an appointment
6/ The addresses of Filipino stores in Paris where I can buy bagoong
Of course I’ve done my research (riiight – I don’t even know if it’s an embassy or consulate) but I want feedback from someone who’s actually been to hell and back.
